First session (only on the beach):

• First contact with the kite
• Spot evaluation, environment, weather conditions, wind direction,
• kite set up and equipment,
• Safety system,
• Flying window theory and practice,
• Controlling a kite safely with two hands,
• Launching and landing the kite,
• Lalking with the kite in the air controlling it with one hand and
• Packing equipment.

Second and third session:

• (Beach + water)
• Body drag upwind (control of the kite in the water to upwind),
• Body drag upwind with board (technique to retrieve the board in the water),
• Body drag powerstroke (create and control the power of the kite in the water),
• Waterstart position and first starts with the board.

This lesson can be done on the beach or from the boat depending on the conditions and needs of the student.
