Service Description

  • First Session (Beach Only):
    Learn the basics, including:

    • Kite setup, safety systems, and equipment
    • Wind conditions and flying theory
    • Controlling the kite with two hands, launching, landing, and one-hand control
    • Walking with the kite and packing up
  • Second and Third Sessions (Beach + Water):
    Progress to water techniques:

    • Body drag upwind (kite control in water)
    • Body drag upwind with a board (board retrieval)
    • Powerstroke body drag (creating and managing kite power)
    • Waterstart position and first attempts with the board
