Welcome to all our UK pilots https://aviafly-2.eu/. We’re glad you’re piloting with Avia Fly 2. This community means a lot to us, which is why we’ve invested time into our chat moderation. Our aim is to keep the skies friendly. Let’s talk about how we all participate in that.
Essential Moderation Principles We Follow
These principles convert our philosophy into daily practice. They direct our moderation team’s choices and allow every player see where we stand. We strive to be transparent and steady above all.

Consequences for Violating Chat Guidelines
If a player breaks our policies, we follow a structured system. We aim to correct actions, not just issue penalties. The response grows more severe when the issue persists.

- Short-term Suspension:
- Indefinite Restriction:
How Players from the UK Can Report Problems
You help us keep the game clean. Reporting is simple but crucial. If you observe bad behaviour, please employ the in-game report tool. Just click the player’s name in the chat list or scoreboard and select “Report”. Provide a short, factual description to aid our moderators.
Don’t respond in the chat. That usually makes things worse. Flag the player, mute them if you want, and let us deal with it. Then you can get back to your flight without the hassle.
Our dedicated Moderation Tools and Team
We use a blend of automated systems and a dedicated team of staff. Filters detect the most blatant violations right away. Our human moderators deal with the tricky, context-dependent reports. This team is equipped to grasp the nuances of chat, especially for our UK players.

What Defines Unacceptable Chat Actions?
To ensure our community safe, we have zero tolerance for certain behaviours. These actions disrupt the experience and can leave other players seem unwelcome. We depend on our UK players to understand and steer clear of these categories.

Harassment and Abuse
This encompasses targeted insults, threats, bullying, or any discriminatory language. Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other safeguarded characteristics is forbidden. We also ban repeatedly contacting a player after they’ve asked you to stop.
Cases of Concrete Violations
To leave no room for doubt, here are direct examples: using racial slurs, threatening real-world harm, sexual harassment, or deliberately attacking a player’s skill to belittle them. This kind of conduct leads to immediate and serious action from our team.
Clutter and Interference
This refers to flooding the chat with the same message over and over, using all caps to interfere, or posting off-topic links (particularly harmful ones). These actions block useful conversation and hinder organising gameplay.
Our Core Philosophy: Polite Skies
For us, a fantastic multiplayer game depends on how players interact with each other. The idea is straightforward: treat other pilots with the same respect you’d show at a local airfield. We’re here for the shared love of flying and good sportsmanship. That’s what makes every session fun for everyone in the UK.
Creating a Positive Community
Moderation isn’t just about enforcing rules. We want to create a place where players can collaborate, share advice, and celebrate their successes. You, the community, are our strongest resource for this. We urge you to lead by example and use the report function when you truly need to.
Our Pledge to Continuous Improvement
We keep listening and adjusting. Our standards today could use adjustments tomorrow. We regularly examine our prohibited word lists, moderation guides, and punishment system based on what players tell us and changes in online environments.
We welcome input from UK pilots on communal safety through our official channels. By cooperating, we can maintain Avia Fly 2 a great and welcoming hub for aviation fans globally. Now, let’s return to flying.
