Had a specific session in mind which no school in Fuerte provided : test a newly acquired gear, discover flag beach spot, and ride one last session supervised before full autonomy. That’s EXACTLY what I had, which is why I’ll recommend Matteo, especially if you have specific needs. Thanks a lot !
Matteo is great, he is a chill positive guy and super hyped about anything wind! He is very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English, making it easy and chill to learn from him. He takes safety very serious, but balances this very well with confidence in you, this made me feel great to just go out there and try, crash (lightly) and go again (: I took some extra classes with him after having finished the basic series earlier in the Netherlands. It was nice that he could see my level quite fast and helped me progress from there. For me this meant that he helped me a lot with specific advice on my independent riding spot analyses, stance and speed, but with his also competition experience I have no doubt you could also learn about any trick or jumping you might be stuck on. Concluding, I would really recommend Matteo because the above, but also because he is a great guy who went above and beyond for me also helping me arrange how to get to spots (in my case without car), being flexible and just chatting.
